Each rider needs their own account and email address; staff can help with exceptions. A parent or guardian must create and manage the account for a rider under 13.

Keep your details accurate, including your date of birth and your horses' heights. Divisions and categories depend on them, and staff may correct or verify them.

Memberships are for the season shown when you buy them. Prices are in US dollars and are shown in full before you pay. Payment is through PayPal, or by check recorded by NDPC staff.

A Supporting membership has a set base price; any extra amount you add on top is a voluntary contribution to the club.

NDPC memberships are non-refundable once paid. You can add memberships to a season after paying, but paid memberships cannot be removed or exchanged.

NDPC staff review uploaded scores and test sheets and may reject ones that don't meet the rules. Published standings follow the club's scoring rules for that season, and staff may correct them when errors are found.

Only upload test sheets, photos and documents you have the right to share, and don't try to access other riders' accounts. NDPC may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
