Privacy

Account: your name and login email. Sign-in uses one-time email links; staff accounts may also set a password, which is stored only as a secure hash.

Rider profile: name, member number, date of birth, and the mailing address, phone number and profile photo you choose to add.

Horses and memberships: horse details, height measurements and vet forms, the memberships you buy, and the scores and test sheets you or staff upload.

Payments: order totals and PayPal transaction references. Card and bank details are entered on PayPal and never reach us.

To run memberships and standings: confirming who is a current member, checking a horse's height for its division, and placing riders by age category. Your date of birth is used only to work out Junior and Young Rider eligibility.

We email you sign-in links, receipts and score updates. Club announcements include an unsubscribe link.

Riders and horses with a current-season membership appear in the public directory and on a public profile with their name, photo, state or province, and horses. Published standings show each rider and horse with their year-end average and rank.

Your email, phone number, street address, city and date of birth are never shown publicly. Individual test percentages are visible only to you and NDPC staff.

Only the services that run the site: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Resend (email), PayPal (payments) and Sentry (error reports). If site analytics are turned on, PostHog records page views without your name or email. We do not sell your data.

A parent or guardian must create and manage the account for a rider under 13, using an email address the parent or guardian controls.

You can update your profile and email from your account settings at any time. Sign-in links expire after 30 minutes. Records staff delete are removed for good after 30 days.

To have your account removed, contact NDPC. Payment records and past published standings are kept for the club's accounts and history.
